David Guy Stevens

David Guy Stevens is a former Assistant State’s Attorney who has prosecuted and defended thousands of cases, including felonies, criminal misdemeanors, DUI and other driving offenses. David has extensive experience taking cases to trial or hearings, including both bench and jury trials. David is also skilled in the area of family law, having represented husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers, not only helping them through the legal requirements of a divorce, but also aggressively fighting for important issues such as visitation, child support, property battles, and child custody. David aggressively protects victims who have been injured because of other persons' negligence. David received his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. He took first place at the College of Law’s mediation advocacy competition while participating as a member of trial and negotiation teams.

Katherine Beth

Katherine Beth has over 30 years of experience practicing law, with nearly 25 years focusing on family law. She is certified as a family mediator, and as a guardian ad litem, meaning she can be appointed by the court to investigate family law solutions that would be in the best interest of the children involved. She has extensive experience assisting adults and children in domestic abuse situations, and has volunteered as a court-appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children.

Brynn Lubin

Brynn earned her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University. She later attended Northern Illinois University College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctor and Criminal Practice Certificate. During law school, Brynn served on various student organization boards. Brynn externed at Kendall County Public Defender's, where she focused on DUI, misdemeanors, and juvenile cases. She has prior experience at Kane County Public Defenders working in the specialty courts.
