David Guy Stevens is a former prosecutor, having worked for both the DuPage County State’s Attorney and the Kendall County State’s Attorney. He prosecuted thousands of cases, including felonies, criminal misdemeanors, DUI and other driving offenses. David also represented the State on behalf of custodial parents to enforce the collection of past due child support.David has extensive experience taking cases to trial or hearings, including both bench and jury trials. Tim Lloyd graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor’s degree in May of 2002 and from law school at U.W. Madison with a J.D. in May of 2005. He worked as an assistant public defender with Kane County Illinois in January of 2006 and worked there for over seven years. During his time with the Kane County Public Defender’s Office he represented a large number of defendants charged with offenses ranging from class C offenses like misdemeanor possession of cannabis to offenses that carried substantial prison terms like unlawful delivery of a controlled substance or predatory criminal sexual abuse.During Tim’s tenure at the Kane County Public Defender’s Office he was assinged to a variety of courtrooms giving Tim a wide range of knowledge in the area’s of criminal defense.
